The 2009 Seminole Lacrosse League will kick off its 2009 season with a four-night clinic for boys aged 5 – 13. The clinic will be held at Darden Towe Park Monday through Thursday evenings, from 6:30 to 8:00pm.

The purpose of the Seminole League Clinics is to educate and prepare players for participation in the Seminole League. It is for all players with skill levels ranging from beginner to expert. Points of emphasis include fundamentals, stick skills, rules, and fun. It is very important for beginners to attend the clinic before participating in the League.

Guest Speakers
As always, the Seminole League clinics feature a great lineup of guest speakers. The current schedule is:

Monday, June 8: Dom Starsia, Head Lacrosse Coach at the University of Virginia.

Tuesday, June 9: Doug Bartlett, Former Head Lacrosse Coach at the VMI. This will be Coach Bartlettā??s 22nd appearance at Seminole.

The Seminole League sports an extremely high coach to player ratio, insuring that all participants receive individual attention. Many of Seminoleā??s coaches are still active players themselves, and have played in Collegiate, Club, and International competition.
