The Albemarle High School Boy’s lacrosse team defeated Briar Woods in dramatic fashion to advance in the state playoffs. Trailing 6-1 at the half, the Patriots outscored Briar Woods 8-1 in the second for the victory. They advance to take on Chantilly in the State Semifinals Wednesday night at Westfield High School.
