ACAC will be offering a four week Girl’s Lacrosse Academy, geared towards the experienced middle school lacrosse player. The Academy, for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade players, will be held on Thursday evenings from 5:45-7:00pm at the ACAC Adventure Central Arena. The first session is Thursday, November 13th.

The cost of the Girl’s Lacrosse Academy is $90 for ACAC Full Facility Members, $100 for ACAC Members, and $105 for non-members.

The nightly agenda will include a 15 minute warm up, 15 minutes of stick and game skills, and 40 minutes of indoor lacrosse play. Playing lacrosse in the ACAC Indoor Arena offers the girls a great out of season experience one evening per week. Benefits include improved conditioning, stickwork, footwork, and confidence in a fun and challenging environment.
