The ACAC Indoor Lacrosse League is off to a great start, with nearly 100 middle school and high school players playing weekly at ACAC’s Indoor Adventure Central facility. This indoor experience is designed to improve stick work, foot work, game knowledge, and pre-season conditioning. The quality of play is very good and the players have proved to be very enthusiastic about playing indoor lacrosse.
On Sundays there are four JV-level (9th and 10th grade) teams competing at 12:00 noon and 12:50. Later, at 3:00 and 3:50, 11th and 12th grade players take the court with 4 teams in a Varsity-level league.
In addition to the high school leagues, ACAC offers Indoor Lacrosse to 5th and 6th grade players on Monday evenings and 7th and 8th graders on Tuesday evenings.
All of the Leagues are still open for enrollment, the first session ends in 5 weeks. Sign ups for the 2nd session is ongoing. The 2nd session starts the week of November 9 and will finish before Christmas. Session 3 will take place in January / February.
